All goods remain the property of Helen Rodrigues until full payment is received. Items sold as 'SALE' items are sold subject to the defects (if any) appearing at the time of sale and no refund or exchange will be made for any garment arising as a result of those defects. Any monies paid and due under the order are not refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer and will be retained by Helen Rodrigues to offset the costs and losses arising as a result of cancellation. Helen Rodrigues does not give any refunds, exchanges or credit notes for any reason including change of mind, cancellation of the wedding or postponement of the wedding. If the order is cancelled, balance owing is still payable.

APPOINTMENTS

A credit card number is taken at the time your appointment is booked and no charge is made for the appointment. However we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or change the appointment, or a $75 charge is debited to the card.

On Saturday and during sample sales we require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or change the appointment, or a $150 charge applies. Our cancellation policy fees apply to all appointments including 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc.

Helen Rodrigues does not give any refunds, exchanges or credit notes for any reason including change of mind, cancellation or postponement of wedding.
